- Approach prospective clients and show Residences and follow up with potential clients to complete sales
- Process sales data to record accurate balances of sales accounts and report regular sales
- Manage website sales operations and villa showing operations
- Manage all sales opportunities and identify prospective clients and participate in site inspections and visits, as well as prepare project presentations and documentation
- Review company industry competitors, new products and market conditions to understand client specific needs
- Act as on-site representative for sales and marketing team
- Organize promotions to provide incentives and discounts to clients
- Work closely with marketing department to help build brand image and presence
- Minimum 5 years sales experience in real estate
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Previous sales experience in luxury residential real estate is required
- Familiarity with services, sales concepts, practices, procedures and processes
- Excellent communication skills with strong relationship management skills
- Availability to travel as needed for client sales visits and overseas sales activities
- Willingness to work independently
- Fluent in English and Thai, both written and spoken
