Sales Director
Human Solutions and Consulting Recruitment Co., Ltd.- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company revenue targets
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand the customer base
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team and implement training programs to improve skills
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to drive business growth
- Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
- Prepare and present sales reports to the executive team
- Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
- Male/Female, aged 35-45 years
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Proven track record in managing and expanding a sales team, and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
- Fluency in English (additional language skills a plus)
