✅ Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Service Management, or a related field.
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service management in hospitals or related industries.
✅ Strong team management and problem-solving skills.
✅ Understanding of medical service standards and customer experience management.
✅ Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
✅ Experience in hospital quality systems or JCI standards is a plus.
