Minimum 5 years of experience and expertise in Human Resources Development (HRD).
Proficient in utilizing modern technologies effectively in the workplace.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Active, creative thinker, and open to learning new things.
Skills in data analysis, development planning, and strategic improvement.
