Study, analyze, and develop short-term and long-term personnel development plans, training plans, and human resource plans.
Propose operational guidelines or systems to support the development of human resources and employee development.
Execute and coordinate the implementation of each project or departmental system, ensuring tangible results.
Provide advice and consultation to various departments on staff development and training.
Responsible for Talent & Successor, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Career Path, and Engagement Survey.
Develop training proposals and courses for approval by the Department of Skill Development.
Conduct training to enhance skills in areas targeted for employee development.
Oversee the evaluation of overall job performance.
