Sales Engineer

- Engage with clients to gather detailed requirements, conduct needs analysis, and understand their business objectives
- Proactively contact customers or prospects and create opportunities with customer
- Consults with Field Service to create and provide the best solution
- Engage with the customer via chat function on website and other application
- Achieve agreed upon sales target and outcome.
- Coordinate sales effort with team, other departments and closing sales.
- Support the need and satisfaction of existing/ potential customer.
- Resolving customer's complaints.
- Supply chain management, report on customer need, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and service.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- Knowledge of instrument & control, systems engineer, or relevant industry along
- Experience is a must in field automation 2-3 years including control system.
- Experience is a must in field Calibration ( ISO/IEC : 17025 )
- Optimistic with can-do attitude
- Able to drive other provinces and have an own car.
