- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all tenants, addressing concerns and facilitating solutions.
- Implement initiatives to enhance the overall shopping experience and increase customer satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Work with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and activities.
- Lead and manage the mall operations team, including maintenance, security, and housekeeping staff.
- Monitor vendor performance and address any issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At lease 3 years experience in retail or mall management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good in Microsoft office and software concerned.
