The job incumbent will be responsible for Interior function for project sales channel. This person will in charge of gathering customer’s requirement, designing full interior of furniture, decoration, and prop, and also with coordinating all internal parties and sub-contractor as well.
• Bachelor Degree or higher in Interior Design of Architecture
• Have 7-10 years of experience in Interior Design for residential, and sub-contractor management
• Possess with Business acumen, Creative in Deign
• Have skills in Presentation, Persuasion, negotiation, and communication
• Result oriented, attention to details, and pressure tolerance
• Abilities for Sketch Up, 3D Max, AutoCAD, canva, and MS-Office
• Communicable in English
