MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Once the trade has been completed, liaise with terminals, refineries, and trading partners for cargo and shipping arrangements
Negotiate with counterparties for the loading quantity, loading dates, delivery quantity, and delivery dates.
To provide and negotiate with counterparties for the sale and purchase agreement.
Analyze the operational risk of each cargo operation and actively manage the exposure to the company.
Coordinate with Internal and External (Supplier, Customer, Ship Broker, Load and Discharge port agent, Load and Discharge port Surveyor, and STS provider)
Maintained email correspondences and documentation with counterparties (vessel clearance, document instruction, voyage order, discharge order, etc.)
Negotiations / Create the claim figure (Demurrage incurred during voyages, Oil loss claim, shifting claim, Bunkering claim, Port cost, STS transfer claim, heating claim, purging claim inspection claim, deviation cost, etc.)
Support traders by compiling and analyzing market data and port information
All operation duties are completed to facilitate smooth cargo loading and discharging and Loss control in maritime transportation
Maintaining good relationships with all counterparties
