Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of office facilities, housekeeping, workspace, and maintenance.
- Oversee the maintenance of gym facilities, ensuring they are properly maintained and operational.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and external vendors to address facility-related issues promptly.
- Purchase office supplies, gym facilities and related equipment.
- Create purchase requisition and issue purchase order.
- Do sourcing to find suitable vendor an negotiate price or service with vendor.
- Communicate effectively with various departments to understand their general affairs-related needs.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 1-2 years experiences in Administration, General Affairs or related job area.
- Good command of English, able to communicate effectively.
- Good attitude, communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
- Able to work under pressure, good team player, and good coordination skills.
- Computer literacy especially in MS Office, Outlook, Mac 5
