1. Recruitment tasks:
- Responsible for recruiting advertisement writing, release position demand information, and good company image propaganda.
- Collect resumes, classify the resume, screening, and communicate target objects by telephone, notify the applicant to come to the interview.
- Summarize the problems existing in the recruitment, put forward the reasonable Suggestions of optimizing recruitment system and process
- Managing onboarding process new employees, including preparing new hire documentation
- Remind manager or CEO to complete probation evaluation process.
2. Human Resource tasks:
- Handle time attendance, welfare & benefits for all staff.
- Responsible for internal communicate and provide activities on plan.
- Responsible for coordinating to Government officer relate with HR issues.
- Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving issues related to workplace concerns, and fostering positive employee relations
3. Other tasks:
- Assist in the coordination with Venine teams
- Complete other jobs assigned by CEO, Co-founder and manager
