- Drafting, reviewing, analyze and negotiation commercial contracts and various forms of agreements or legal documents in terms of company’s business and its affiliates (domestic and international) to avoid risks both in Thai and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advising on business, corporate, commercial, investment, legal opinions, legal issues and strategic guidance which relate to company’s business (domestic and international).
- Coordinate with foreign partners, law firm and external counsels for company’s business (domestic and international)
- Translating complex legal topics into short and easy to understand legal analysis and recommendations.
- Providing application for all company registration and specific licenses relate to company’s business (domestic and international) including but not limited to DBD registration, business licenses, trademark, VAT registration etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in law (Thai lawyer’s license is required).
- Thai Bar Memberships or Notarial Services Attorney License will be advantage.
- 3-5 years of experience as Legal in corporate and commercial practice (have establishment of company, conduct legal due diligence, reviewing contract and M&A project experiences will be advantage).
- Expertise in corporate law, foreign business law, domestic and international trade and commercial, IP law.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Programs i.e. MS Outlook, Excel, Word (especially Track Changes, Table of Content, Cross Referencing and Footnotes), Power Point.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Able to handle multi tasks with attention to the details and work under pressure and complete assignments within the deadline.
- Strong analytical skills, negotiation, communication skills, problem solving, leadership and presentation skills.
- Willing to learn new things, proactive, positive and can-do attitude.
