1.บันทึกใบกำกับภาษีขายจากลูกค้าที่ซื้อเข้ามา อ้างอิงจากโปรแกรมขายระบบ Zort
2.บันทึกรับสินค้าเข้าระบบ จัดทำไฟล์สินค้าคงเหลือ
3.ตรวจเช็คเงินเข้า-ออกและทำไฟล์ Reconcile Bank Statement
4.จัดทำเอกสารใบวางบิล,ใบเสนอราคา,ใบลดหนี้,เพิ่มหนี้ และใบเสร็จรับเงิน
5.เตรียมเอกสารจ่าย Payment Voucher ส่งให้การเงินทำเช็คและนำมาเสนอต่อหัวหน้า
6.ดูแลบันทึกเงินสดย่อยและเบิกชดเชย
7.สรุปยอดขาย Shopee,Lazada,line,shopping,Websiteและบันทึกค่าธรรมเนียมต่างๆ
8.สรุปยอดขายสำหรับแบรนด์ฝากขายเป็นค่า GP และนำเบิกจ่ายให้แต่ละแบรนด์
9.จัดทำไฟล์ต้นทุนสินค้า
10.จัดทำรายงานภาษีซื้อ-ภาษีขาย
11.จัดทำรายงานภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย ภงด3,53
12.เบิกซื้ออุปกรณ์สำนักงานต่างๆ
13.เตรียมเอกสารส่งสำนักงานบัญชี
