- Dealing with vendors for the product development and production.
- Providing new suppliers which have facilities to support business.
- Sourcing materials and suppliers for new construction development.
- Coordinating with planning to ensure lead time of development and production.
- Coordinating with designers to ensure the samples are meet their requirement while the cost is still under target.
- Controlling the cost price and negotiating Price negotiation in situations where the cost does not meet target price.
- Bachelor degree in Textile/Garment or related field.
- Direct experience 3-5 years in merchandiser,sourcing and dealing with performance and swim wear manufacturers.
- Knowledge of printing & pattern, garment merchandising, sourcing, quality and product development.
- Strong skills in dealing with suppliers for production process, raw material selection, material planning, production ordering and costs calculation.
- Able to communicate in English.
