- Oversee Financial Records and Reports
- Responsible for tax and financial declarations: follow the tax reporting to the Revenue Department, including but not limited to PND.3, 53, 36, PND.51 / PND.50
- Responsible for the cash management: ensure the cash ow forecast and the respect of the cash ow planning
- Plan the monthly and yearly budget
- Manage a full set of accounting books, including, fixed assets, inventory valuation (livestock), accounts receivable & payable and tax in an
- accurate and timely manner.
- Being responsible for the monthly, Quarterly, Annual Reports including summarizing all data for BOD meetings, and ad hoc reports
- Help company's senior management take relevant decisions thanks to accurate financial analysis.
- Manage cash accounts, intercompany loans and repayment
- Lead the external audit and support internal and external auditor requests
- Being responsible for assisting other requirements requested by the direct supervisor.
- and procedures on time and in the respect of the regulation and quality requests for the financial and accounting department. Continuous improvement of your department and feedback of any dysfunction to Director.
- Follow objectives and improve the eficiency of your activity.
Requirements
Good English speaking (oral and written)
Local and international accounting rules
Experience at least 5 years in corporate financial Management.
Financial savvy, detail-oriented, well organized and able to work under pressure
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related disciplines
