- Data Entry: Input information from various sources into office formats.
- Accuracy Check: Verify data consistency by comparing it to source documents, identifying errors, and making corrections.
- Coordinate with the Supply Chain team and other departments within the company.
- Send and receive documents to and from relevant departments and related parties as assigned.
- Responsible for administrative tasks, data administration, and coordination.
- Perform other supply chain-related tasks as assigned.
Education: High vacationa certificated in Business administration.
Typing Skills: Fast and accurate typing for efficient data entry.
Attention to Detail: Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Communication: Good in both English and Thai.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in material management and supply/inventory planning role.
Strong knowledge of SAP. MS Excel, experienced in demand/supply planning tool is a plus.
Ability to coordinate across functions and locations to ensure successful outcomes.
