Responsibilities

หน้าที่งานรับผิดชอบ

ต้อนรับลูกค้า และทำการจัดหาที่นั่งให้กับลูกค้า
นำเสนอ อธิบายและแนะนำรายการอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม
นำเสนอ อธิบายและแนะนำโปรโมชั่นต่างๆแก่ลูกค้า
รับคำสั่งและทำการป้อนคำสั่งซื้อจากลูกค้าด้วยระบบ POS สำหรับร้านอาหาร เพื่อส่งรายการอาหารให้กับเชฟทำการผลิต
ทำการเสิร์ฟอาหารและเครื่องดื่มให้กับลูกค้าตามมาตรฐานการให้บริการในร้านอาหาร
ตรวจสอบความครบถ้วนและความถูกต้องของรายการอาหารที่ลูกค้าได้รับ
ให้บริการลูกค้าตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงาน
รับชำระเงินค่าอาหารและเครื่องดื่มจากลูกค้า และทำหน้าที่แคชเชียร์
ทำเครื่องดื่มประเภทต่างๆ เช่น Smoothie, Mocktail, Cocktail และให้บริการเครื่องดื่มไวน์แก่ลูกค้า
ดูแล จัดเตรียมสถานที่และอุปกรณ์บนโต๊ะอาหารให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของร้าน และพร้อมต่อการให้บริการลูกค้า
จัดเตรียม จัดเก็บ ดูแลความสะอาดและความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยของเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ต่างๆที่ใช้ในร้านอาหารและบาร์

Requirements

คุณสมบัติ

อายุ 18-35 ปี ไม่จำกัดเพศและวุฒิการศึกษา มีบุคลิกภาพที่ดี
มีความรู้หรือมีประสบการณ์ในงานบริการร้านอาหารที่ดำเนินธุรกิจร้านอาหารที่มีการบริการอาหารและไวน์เป็นต้น
มีความรู้พื้นฐานในเมนูอาหารตะวันตก
มีความรู้พื้นฐานในเมนูเครื่องดื่มประเภทต่างๆ โดยเฉพาะไวน์และค็อกเทล
สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษที่ใช้ในร้านอาหารได้ในระดับพื้นฐาน
มีความรู้พื้นฐานเรื่องการทำงานแคชเชียร์สำหรับร้านอาหาร
