1. Responsible for recruitment process (job posting, selection process, hiring contract, employee base, exit interview, personnel change announcement)
2. Responsible for skill development (support employees for core in-house training, public training and overseas training)
3. Responsible for onboarding process (newcomer orientation support, individual development plan, competency development)
4. Responsible for happy workplace (Happy Brain) and other activities as assigned.
5. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
6. Work in alignment with the company Safety, Environment, and Quality policies.
7. Other assignments as necessary.
1. Bachelor's degree in human resource management or any related field.
2. 0-3 years' experience in Human Resource or Training fields are preferrable.
3. Fresh graduates are welcome
4. Good command of spoken and written English (no TOEIC score required).
5. Have a basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, Canva, Power BI.
6. Being a good team player with good interpersonal skills and friendly personality.
7. Good service-mind, customer-oriented with and Can-do attitude.
