1.Supervise all Back of House (BOH) and retail support tasks to ensure stores are fully supported efficiently and timely
2. Contribute to the team by suggesting ideas to enhance Retail operations and strategies.
3. Coach and develop team member skills and capabilities
4. Analyze the data and provide the insight and feedback to the team on store and product performance
5. Prepare and submit reports related to store activities and other retail support tasks
6. Ensure store product displays and price signs are up to date in accordance with company standards and Apple guidelines
7. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the product management team to take actions as needed
8. Review merchandising audit from Internal and external auditors, and take action as needed.
9. Maintain, update and implement the standard operating procedures (SOP) of all Retail Bus to the store operation
10. Review and improve the current business process to make the change
11. Provide other retail support tasks as assigned by the supervisor
