Hr & Admin Officer
พีอีบี สตีล บิลดิ้งส์ คอมปานี ลิมิเต็ด- Employment & Payroll – Processing payroll, preparing employment contracts for new hires, tracking attendance records, and working closely with the Head Office HR.
- Visa & Work Permit – Managing visa applications, work permits, and 90-day reports for expatriates, as well as coordinating with embassies and relevant authorities.
- Tax & Social Security – Preparing and submitting tax filings (P.N.D. 1, 3, 53) and social security contributions while liaising with government agencies.
- Accounting & Finance Management – Handling expense verification, petty cash management, monthly expense reporting to the Head Office, annual financial audits, and banking transactions.
- Office Administration – Overseeing office supply procurement and coordinating with building management regarding maintenance, parking, and facility services.
- Employee Engagement & Travel Arrangements – Organizing activities to enhance employee engagement and managing travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and customers.
- Executive & Departmental Support – Providing administrative assistance to executives and other departments, along with any additional assigned tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in HR, Administration, or Accounting.
- Understanding of payroll processing, withholding tax (P.N.D. 1, 3, 53), social security, and petty cash management.
- Familiarity with visa and work permit processes.
- Strong ability to coordinate with employees, government agencies, banks, and external organizations.
- Good reading, writing, and communication skills in English.
- Highly responsible, detail-oriented, with strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively, and a positive attitude.
