- Take responsibility for the service to solve technical problems for customers. Or other after-sales services related to the company's robot usage problems For customers quickly, on time, and successfully create satisfaction for customers.
- Study technical information and create a manual to understand how to use it, including the technical about the Company's products.
- Deliver product usage manual, communicate technical data, and teach how to use it clearly, so customers can use the company's products smoothly.
- Provide training and support for customers about the Company's products.
- Work with a sales engineer team to develop technical plans.
