This is a junior sales/business development role.
Candidate will be the first point of contact to customers and represents the image of the company. Candidate needs to be able to speak Thai and English. Candidates with 1-3 years of work experience / fresh graduates from related majors are welcomed.
Outstanding candidates are expected to be fast track for promoted to senior executive or junior managerial roles after 1 year.
1. Work closely with manager to implement customer-level-strategy and sales activities for assigned accounts (25%)
2. Assist in online sales enquiry. Explain basic product information to customer online or over the phone. (20%)
3. Work closely with manager to create and manage Facebook page and other online channels content and promotion. (20%)
4. Assist in gathering and monitoring industry trend and competition. (15%)
5. Follow manager to client meetings and assist in translation (Thai to English) (10%)
6. Assist in coordination of product delivery/fulfillment at the office. (10%)
Support:
1. Candidate will be sent for Solar and work-related training course.
2. Candidate will have the support of solar installation experienced advisors.
1. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
2. Candidate needs to have a positive, service and team work attitude.
3. Need to be able to communicate in Thai and English.
4. Ability to use Canva, Photoshop or other graphic design tool is a plus.
Compensation:
1. Compensation package include monthly salary, social security and year-end bonus. Bonus is 1-6 months tied to company target and personal performance.
2. Leave includes annual leave (10 days) (after 120-day probation period), national holiday leave, maternity leave and sick leave.
3. Working hours: 9.00 - 18.00 Monday - Friday
