• Collect and analyze training needs based on the competency management system, business objectives and employees’ performance review to build the annual training plan and design suitable training programs.
• Adapt and apply various learning methods (e.g., coaching, job-shadowing, OJT) and approaches (e.g., design thinking, micro learning, agile) or digital learning to IDP Targets.
• Lead the interactions with internal stakeholders on development strategies, communication plans, customized development plans and training platforms, etc., to ensure stakeholder needs are met.
• Initiate Employee Engagement Event & Activities, HR Communications to promoting L&D & VOE satisfaction rate
• Monitor & control budget
