3. Event Planning: Organizing events, product launches, and special activities that draw visitors and promote the BMW M brand.
4. Marketing and Promotion: Collaborating with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that increase awareness and attendance at BMW M Town.
5. Budget Management: Developing and managing the budget to ensure that the attraction operates within financial budget plan while maximizing profitability.
6. Building Partnerships and Collaborations: Building relationships with relater businesses, car enthusiasts/ Communities, and other organizations to jointly promote events and activities.
7. Feedback and Improvement: Collecting and analyzing visitor feedback to continuously improve the offerings and operations at BMW M Town.
8. BMW M Compliance: Ensuring that all operations comply with BMW regulation and standards, providing a appropriate environment and experience for staff, audience and customer.
