You'll be the bridge between our software and our clients, making sure they know how to use it effectively and confidently. Your role is essential in ensuring our clients get the most out of our software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training & Education – Conduct hands-on training sessions, adapting to different client needs.
• User-Friendly Materials – Create manuals, FAQs, and support documents for easy learning.
• Client Support – Answer software-related questions and help clients troubleshoot issues.
• Feedback & Improvement – Gather client feedback to enhance training and support.
• Cross-Team Collaboration – Work with sales, implementation, and support teams to create a seamless client experience.

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
• Good understanding of ERP software, especially ERP software.
• Excellent communication in Thai and English.
• Experience in teaching or training others.
• Organized and able to handle different tasks.
• Friendly, empathetic, and a problem solver.
• Bonus: Experience with organizing information or creating guides.
