- Responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues of PC/Laptop, network and other devices.
- Providing technical support and resolving from users.
- Manage Licenses Program (CATIA, NX, Microsoft, and etc.)
- Maintain system devices (Server, Network, Switch, Firewall, CCTV, FingerScan, etc.)
- Monitors risks, issues, action logs and dependencies.
- Managing IT assets and ensuring their efficient use.
- Determine the cause of system issues and fix them, reporting to higher-level support staff as necessary.
- Create documents related to system configuration, data mapping, processes, and service records and IT procedures.
- Educating users on proper IT practices and security measures.
- Perform other duties as directed by Manager
- Working Place: Asoke Towers (Near MRT Phetchaburi, BTS Asoke, ARL Makkasan)
- Working hour: 08:00 - 17:30 (Full-time, Permanent, 5 days a week.)
- Thai nationality, 21 - 30 years old.
- Possess Information Technology (IT) skills or related field.
- New graduates are welcome. If have working experience will be advantage.
- Able to use English for basic communication.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing problems and priorities.
- Have a passion for service mind.
- Problem solving, Flexible, problem solving skills, self-learning, self-motivated, enthusiastic for new technology,
