Product & Marketing Executive

• Lead the project management to manage the timeline of new product development to ensure that planning and launching on time.
• Driving all phases of new product development from the scratch to finished goods, including market research, creation of NPD briefs to OEM, formula evaluation, testing products, survey the efficacy of products and get feedback for next improvement.
• Source the OEM/packaging supplier/premium to match with the objective and requirement.
• Prepare product information, selling point, innovation, and communication in term of technology and science-fact.
• Prepare the product formulation, label design, wording claim, supporting document and others approval and ensure it complies with the safety and regulatory approval including FDA, import/export documents.
  
  

MARKETING & SALES SUPPORT

• Analyze sales and stock report to find opportunities and improve sales performance.
• Plan product promotion and other works as assigned.

• Thai/Female/Age not over 30 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in cosmetic, marketing or related fields.
• Excellence in Thai-English writing/speaking skills.
• Microsoft office such as excel, word, powerpoint.
• Good communication and presentation skill.
• Experience in skincare or make up new product development.
• Strong in management and problem-solving.
• Can do attitude, positive mindset and time management is needed.
• Passionate in beauty is a must. R&D/OEM background would be advantage.
