Responsibilities

Contact businesses by telephone and email to promote and sell our products
Answer to customers inquiries
Record customer details including reaction to the products or service offered
Handle orders received, process and input orders in the company computerized order system
Coordinate with delivery teams.

Insure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

1+ years of relevant experience
Good command of written and spoken English
Good computer, negotiation and communication skills
