Basic Requirements

Full Time

3 - 5 Year

Bangkok

Bachelor's Degree

40,000 - 50,000 baht/month

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and supervise the operation of the legal team
Draft and review legal documents, contracts, agreements, stock certificate and other documents, including but not limited to Joint Venture Agreement
Create legal investment structure of the projects to propose to the clients
Identify potential legal risks and issues, provide proactive legal advices to the company's management, and initiate and pursue legal proceedings and actions
Deals with questions and requests from foreign clients and domestic partners, including but not limited to Japanese investors, about legal documents, market research, and consulting services benefits
Continuously research legal resources such as articles, codes, statues, Judicial decisions and more to stay up to date on all current Thai laws and codes
Manage legal affairs within the organization

Requirements

Having at least 3-5 years of legal experience
Strong leadership and team management skills
Business level of English is essential
Having experience in investment or M&A advisory within a professional legal firm, advisory firm, investment bank, securities firm, or real estate business is preferable
Having experience in project management for cross-border projects is preferable
