Responsibilities
1. Sales Execution:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the aluminum industry.
    • Manage and grow sales relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
    • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining the company’s standards of quality and professionalism.
2. Marketing Strategy:
    • Collaborate with the marketing department to craft impactful marketing materials and campaigns.
    • Conduct detailed market analysis to identify trends and customer demands.
    • Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives and promotional activities, including digital marketing efforts like email campaigns and social media.
3. Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
 ��  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
    • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
4. Performance Metrics:
    • Track key account metrics and prepare reports on market conditions and sales outcomes.
    • Analyze competitive market strategies and adjust tactics accordingly.
    • Provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.

Requirements
Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
    • Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer or similar role in the sales sector, preferably in the metal industry. 
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.
    • Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
    • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
    • Capability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
Personal Attributes:
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original sales and branding opportunities.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, with the capacity to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
