- Maintain general work around the night time 21.00 -08.00 hrs.
- Providing a welcoming and facilitating service for guests and those who come to contact, providing information, solving immediate problems, helping customers and acting as a cashier.
- Coordinate within the department, between departments, and external service providers involved in customer service.
- Effectively communicate with customers through various channels as per department requirements.
- Understand and give importance to regularly updating knowledge about hotel products and services. Able to train and teach staff in the department.
- Able to perform other duties as assigned.
