Responsibilities

ร่างหนังสือ สัญญา หรือเอกสารทางกฏหมาย ระหว่างบริษัทกับลูกค้า, คู่ค้า หรือผู้เกี่ยวข้อง
ตรวจสอบและให้ความเห็นข้อกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวกับกับธุรกิจ และเกี่ยวข้องกับบริษัทมหาชน
คุณภาพของการตรวจสอบ ร่างหนังสือ สัญญา และเอกสารทางกฏหมาย
การให้ความเห็นด้านกฎหมายธุรกิจ. กฏหมายบริษัทมหาชน
ระยะเวลาและความถูกต้องในการตรวจสอบสัญญาทุกประเภท
จัดเก็บเอกสารสัญญา
งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Requirements

อายุ 30 ปีขึ้นไป
จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรีสาขากฎหมาย หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ เนื่องจากต้องทำสัญญาเป็นหลัก
มีความรู้ภาษาอังกฤษ ด้านกฎหมาย
มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านกฎหมาย
มีความรู้ความเข้าใจกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับธุรกิจ
ประสบการณ์ 3 ปีขึ้นไป ในการทำงานด้านกฎหมาย จัดทำนิติกรรมสัญญา
