Responsibilities

- บันทึกรายการค้าทั้งงานซื้อในประเทศ และงานซื้อต่างประเทศรวมถึงค่าใช้จ่ายในการนำเข้าต่างๆในโปรแกรมSAP

- ดูแลเรื่องการชำระเงิน โดนการตรวจเอกสารขอจ่ายเงิน จากนั้นอนุมัติการจ่ายผ่านโปรแกรมOA แล้วรวบรวมรายการที่ต้องจ่ายส่งให้แผนกการเงินที่ประเทศจีนดำเนินการจ่ายเงิน

- บันทึกรายการจ่ายในประเทศและจัดเก็บเอกสารบัญชี

- กระทบยอดภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่ายและยอดภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม จากนั้นยื่นชำระภาษีผ่านเว็บไซต์กรมสรรพากร

- จัดทำรายงานภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่ายและรายงานภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม

- จัดเตรียมเอกสารหัก ณ ที่จ่ายส่งให้กับซัพลายเออร์ภายในวันที่ 5 ของเดือนถัดไป

- บันทึกงานขายต่างประเทศ

- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมSAP, OA ได้

Requirements

ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี การเงิน สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

ประสบการณ์ 2 ปีขึ้นไป

สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและสามารถตัดสินใจด้วยตัวเองได้

มีทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาจีนหรือภาษาอังกฤษที่ดี
