Business Development Manager
เอ็กซ์ซิมเอ็กซ์ (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด- Responsible for overall Business Development activities jointly with owners of business
- Develop new products following the direction of business owners
- Sourcing of products internationally for sales in Thailand
- Sourcing of products in Thailand and Asia for sales internationally
- Sell company's new products in Thailand
- Coordinate with Suppliers/Manufacturers/Logistics companies in Thailand and Asia to support sales offices and customers internationally
- Monitor, record and report business performances
- Develop and support marketing activities to drive sales growth
- Support and Develop Human Resource functions
- At least 5 years experience in Supermarket Sales or Business Development functions preferable.
- Understand Thai Supermarket listing conditions and costs, and has a good track record of getting products listed and sold in supermarkets
- Understand and has experience with online and social media sales and fulfillment is a plus
- Excellent English and Thai (Additional languages are a benefit)
- Has computer/IT skills including Social Media platforms, MS Office (Especially Excel and PowerPoint or similar)
- At least a Bachelors degree in Business
- Experience in living abroad is a plus
- Business astute and has a good understanding of developing and operating new businesses
- Highly responsible and reliable, ethical, team player, eager to succeed, confident, good at approaching new people, well presented, acts and Thinks like an owner

Household, Health and Beauty, Pet, Catering, Waste Management, and Corporate Usage are the main departments in the customer's organisation that we deal with. This is diversifying into the areas of Ambient food and Medical. At present, a lot of the products supplied come from Thailand.
Due to the great relationships developed with key Customer Personnel and established trust amongst suppliers, Eximex is eager to grow its product offerings. As our model has proven to be a success, our company direction is also to duplicate this and establish more sales and sourcing offices in Western Europe, the USA, and Asia.
Thailand has a lot of potential for business growth and is an ideal place for serving as a hub for Asia. Consequently, the owners of the company, who are Thai, are looking to launch new products in Thailand and also to expand its sourcing capabilities here.
At the present time, Eximex Thailand is using its partner factory's location near Amata Nakorn Chonburi for its offices but is looking to relocate in to or closer to Bangkok.
