- Manages the full recruitment cycle; sourcing, screening, interviews, negotiations and closing offer
- Liaise with hiring manager to understand hiring needs and develop individual recruitment plan on a daily and weekly basis
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support ongoing growth and expansion of company roles
- Adopt effective and innovative methods in recruitment to meet and deliver satisfying targets
- Ensure positive candidate experience with timely feedback, open communication and follow up throughout the recruitment process
- Contribute to the development and promotion of company branding to attract and retain talents
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- 1+ years’ experience in recruitment (mass recruitment an advantage)
- Good command of English + Thai
- Good time management, logical and analytical skills, observation skills
- Experienced with Google Suite, Excel, MS Office
- Able to start working immediately will be advantage
