Recruitment Executive
PERFORMANCE MOTORS (THAILAND ) CO.,LTD.- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various roles.
- Job Posting & Advertising: Create job descriptions, post openings on relevant platforms, and use social media for recruitment marketing.
- Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability for the role.
- Hiring Process Management: Coordinate the entire hiring process, from initial contact to final offer, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and negotiating terms.
- Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, documentation, and training.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand to attract top talent and enhance the candidate experience.
- HR Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with business units to align HR strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a liaison between employees and management to resolve issues, grievances, and improve communication.
- General Affairs Task.
- Take responsibility for the BMW & Porsche brands.
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience as HR Admin, GA. and recruit.
- Experienced in recruitment and using time management systems.
- Adaptable and able to handle a diverse range of tasks.
- Computer literacy: MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Good command of English
