Payroll Executive
PERFORMANCE MOTORS (THAILAND ) CO.,LTD.- Oversee and manage the company’s payroll system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Perform employee attendance data (e.g., absences, leaves, tardiness) from the HR system for payroll calculations.
- Prepare payroll reports for management review and approval.
- Handle annual tax submissions, including TAX and VAT compliance.
- Stay updated on payroll regulations, tax laws and industry trends, implementing necessary changes to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Manage Social Security (SSO) and Group Insurance enrollments and terminations for new hires and exiting employees.
- Handle Provident Fund (PVD) enrollments, terminations, and adjustments.
- Advise employees on their benefits and administer entitlements, such as inpatient (IPD) and outpatient (OPD) coverage.
- Manage other benefits if any.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including new hires, promotions, transfers, and salary adjustments.
- Coordinate visa and work permit applications and renewals for expatriate employees.
- Provide guidance on employee benefits, such as medical reimbursements, social security, and tax deductions, while creating easy-to-understand manuals or materials.
- At least 3 years of experience in Payroll or HR function
- Knowledge of the SAP based payroll system is an advantage.
- Experience in visa and work permit management.
- Knowledge of Thai Tax regulations and Labor Law.
- Strong in computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing complex payroll calculation data.
- Good organizational and time management skills to meet strict payroll deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills: Thai and English.
