1. Prepare month-end closing and year-end closing and check the accuracy of the balance of each account such as bank reconciliation, repaid and accrued expenses.
2. Maintains accounting practices to ensure the accurate, completeness and timely month-end, quarterly and year-end closing.
3. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements, including general ledger accounts reconciliation and analysis.
4. Ensuring that the financial and accounting process aligns with Thai Financial Reporting Standards, taxes, and the relevant rules & regulations.
5. Handle and oversee all day-to-day general ledger and special ledgers transactions.
6. Improve internal accounting control procedure & accounting systems, reporting system, formats and liaison with auditors and revenue department.
7. Summarize and check accounting data for analysis and reporting.
8. Responsible for accurate completion and timely submission of, TAX, Tax returns, W/H tax, VAT, CIT as well as compliance with tax regulations.
9. Perform reconciliation and analysis of all balance sheet accounts and ensure timely resolution of any ir-reconciling amounts.
10. Perform financial analysis and report findings to senior management.
1. Bachelor's or master’s degree in Law, Finance, Accounting or Auditing
2. Master’s degree in any field related to Taxation is advantageous but not mandatory
3. Excellent Thai and English verbal/written communication skills
4. Ability to build strong client relationships and committed to delivery of exceptional client service
5. Enthusiastic and flexible attitude to work
6. Strong and motivated team player with keen interest to learn
7. At least 2 – 5 years of relevant experience for consultant role with a focus on tax advisory in another international accounting/consulting firm
