- Source and recruit candidates with qualifications suitable for the company's needs.
- Organize activities to develop employees both internally and with partner companies, both domestically and internationally.
- Prepare hiring documents and other related documents.
- Contact with external agencies/companies to support company activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
- Experience in Human Resources & Recruitment in financial institutions, banks, or insurance companies is considered a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Experience in the position will be considered a plus.
- Knowledge of labor laws, taxation, and social security.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Creative, flexible, and have a positive work attitude.
- Able to work overtime if necessary.
