Job Description
As an Operations Crew member, you will be responsible for creating pleasant experiences and upholding the level of customer service at Stonegoat.
As Operations Crew, you will also be responsible for general operations duties, assisting the team in making events a success and maintaining the cleanliness of the gym.
Your role will also encompass the provision of basic climbing programs and coaching in accordance with the standards set out by the Programs Manager.
Operations & Events
1. Front desk operations including checking in customers, selling passes, memberships, and products and services.
2. Maintain a high level of customer service.
3. Customer service duties including responding to enquiries on Stonegoat’s LINE official, Instagram and Facebook channels.
4. Maintain the cleanliness of the gym.
5. Stock keeping of retail and operational supplies.
6. Aid in general operations duties including maintaining the facility, topping up chalk bags, stripping and cleaning walls etc.
7. Assist the operations team and route setting team in making events smooth and successful.
8. Provide first aid and ensuring the safety of customers while in the facilities.
9. Ensuring customers abide to the rules and regulations of the facilities.
10. Additional duties as laid out by the Operations Manager.
Projects, Improvements and Maintenance
1. Feedback maintenance issues and work with Operations Manager to solve issues.
2. Assist with improvement projects as necessary.
Programs and Classes (Optional)
1. Deliver basic programs and classes following the standards laid out by the Programs Manager.
2. Seek actionable feedback and suggestions from customers and work with the Programs Manager to improve programs and classes.
