Quality Assurance:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
Perform regular audits and inspections of processes and products to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Problem Solving:
Identify and analyze quality issues and non-conformances.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
Documentation:
Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, quality manuals, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
Ensure accurate records of quality metrics and maintain data integrity.
Training and Support:
Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and procedures.
Assist in the development of quality training materials.
Continuous Improvement:
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Monitor and report on quality performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
5 years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
Proficient in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, Control Plans, Root Cause Analysis).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Optical communication/eletronic/semiconductor related industry is preferred
