Process Improvement:
Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
Data Analysis:
Collect and analyze data related to production metrics, cycle times, and labor utilization.
Use statistical tools and techniques to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Workforce Management:
Design and implement effective workforce plans to ensure optimal staffing levels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish training programs that enhance employee skills and productivity.
Project Management:
Lead and participate in projects aimed at improving production processes and implementing new technologies.
Prepare project proposals, timelines, and budgets; monitor project progress and report outcomes.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate documentation of process changes, improvements, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Prepare reports and presentations for management on performance metrics and improvement initiatives.
Quality Control:
Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure that manufacturing processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Implement quality improvement initiatives based on data analysis and feedback.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
5 years of experience in an industrial engineering role within the electronics manufacturing sector.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and process optimization techniques.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., MS Excel, Minitab).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
