HR Management:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company standards and local regulations.
Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Administrative Duties:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and keep updated with changes in employment legislation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Communication and Coordination:
Act as a liaison between factory management and employees, addressing concerns and facilitating effective communication.
Translate and communicate HR-related information in both Chinese and Thai to ensure clarity and understanding among diverse teams.
Collaborate with other departments and external partners to support HR initiatives and organizational goals.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR practices and employee engagement.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies within the factory environment.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal and external HR standards.
