2. Order delivery plan management:
2.1 The first person responsible for order delivery to ensure continuous improvement of customer satisfaction;
2.2 Organize product line production, supply, and marketing meetings to achieve a balance between production, supply, and sales;
2.3 Lead the formulation of a production, supply, and marketing balance plan (annual plan, monthly plan);
2.4 Assist in establishing an inventory management system and continuously optimize inventory management;
2.5 Promote factory delivery improvements and increase the accurate delivery rate of sales orders;
2.6 Coordinate master plan management, arrange production plans, monitor production plan execution results, coordinate production, and improve plan accuracy and rationality;
3. Material planning management
3.1 Review, organization, implementation, and supervision of material requisition review and material plan (MRP);
3.2 responsible for the analysis and evaluation of inventory and safety stock in product line warehouses;

4. Logistics and warehousing management
4.1 Development, review, and evaluation of logistics express suppliers, contract signing, and annual assessment;
4.2 Overall operation planning and management of the warehouse, and coordination of logistics warehouse work in each factory;
4.3 Comprehensive coordination management and transportation cost control of logistics and express delivery;
4.4 Warehouse inventory to ensure consistent accounting and actual inventory, control inventory, and improve inventory turnover rate;
5. Information technology project management
5.1 Research and implementation of the company’s ERP upgrade project;
5.2 Warehouse WMS system requirements research and implementation;
5.3 Coordinate the informational construction of the PMC center and improve work efficiency;
6.Organizational management
6.1 Personnel training and teaching
6.2 Improvement of organizational capabilities;
6.3 Establishment of a departmental knowledge base.
