We are looking for an energetic, ambitious, and talented individual to fill the role of Management Trainee - Terminal Execution.

POSITION SUMMARY
The management trainee position is a fast-track career development program for a high-potential individual. Our program will provide comprehensive training and a chance to gain knowledge and hands-on experience in various functions and/or other areas of our business
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand the Operations department.
- Help managers complete daily tasks, daily processes and goals.
- Participate in the company’s strategic planning.
- Participate in Kaizen projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering
- Having good knowledge and good analysis skills
- Having LEAN mindset
- Self-driven and able to work independently with a sense of urgency and emphasis on accuracy.
- Positive thinking with “can do” attitude and open-minded personality.
- Good ability to communicate in English, both verbally and written
- MS Office skills (Excel, PPT)
