Organizational Development Specialist
ECCO (Thailand) Co., Ltd- Strategize and implement organizational changes in collaboration with management, focusing on the Human Capital agenda.
- Oversee organization charts, and job descriptions, design HR frameworks, and propose change initiatives.
- Responsible for Succession Planning, Talent Management, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Collaborate with management to identify and address organizational development needs.
- Oversee Learning and Development (L&D) activities, consolidate and analyze yearly Training and development plans, and manage all staff/IDL/NextGen/Trainee training activities.
- Enhance the Performance Management system and strategically plan Annual Performance Reviews (APR).
- Plan, manage, facilitate, analyze, and present the EED: ECCO Engagement Driver (Employee Engagement Survey).
- Host and facilitate NextGen and International Trainee programs, designing comprehensive training programs to ensure a smooth and enriching experience during trainee rotations.
- Prove company internal communication, including announcements, portal news, and local people magazine. Oversee People Magazine processes, coordinating with the global & local editorial team, and Thailand unit's management.
- Lead and manage OD projects, capturing evolving business requirements and initiating impactful projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, with a proven track record in HR functions.
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Effective verbal and written communication with employees at all levels (both Thai and English language).
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees, management, and stakeholders.
- Experience leading and managing a team, demonstrating strong leadership qualities.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR and organizational development strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex HR issues and find effective solutions.
- Proficient negotiation skills for dealing with conflicts, and managing expectations between different stakeholders.
- Experienced in Project management with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of labour laws, regulations, and HR compliance, ensuring the organization operates within legal frameworks.
