Responsibilities

- Fundraising efforts, including preparing investor presentations, identifying potential investors, and

negotiating investment terms.

- Managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

- Evaluating and managing financial risks, including identifying opportunities for cost savings and

revenue growth

- Supervise and control the investment of each project, both domestic and international.

- Source funding for equity that the company needs to procure.

- Seek loan sources from various banks to support projects.

- Manage and control financial aspects to ensure projects can proceed according to plan.

- Execute revolving credit to support other business units.

- Monitor and control investments and expenses of each business unit to maintain the company's cash

flow flexibility.

- Maintain and cultivate relationships with financial partners such as banks, financial advisors,

investment banks, funds, and investors, to enable the company to secure appropriate funding within

specified timelines.

- Provide consultation, oversight, and management for feasibility studies related to project execution,

such as financial modeling, investment planning, work planning, contract negotiation and terms with

banks and financial institutions, and other finance-related operations.

- Monitor and control contractual conditions related to the financial obligations of the company.

- Manage the budgeting process for annual investment plans.

- Engage and negotiate with potential project investors to achieve specified outcomes

Requirements
