Senior Business Analyst

Business Analyst is to analyze and gather business requirements from customer, translating them into clear and actionable documentation for technical teams. Develop and propose solutions or process improvements, analyze data to support business decision-making, monitor project progress, and make the delivered solution as desired and effective.
- Communicate with users and stakeholders to thoroughly understand system requirements.
- Analyze data requirements, then translate them into system design documents for technical teams.
- Create relation data diagrams, system flowcharts, and technical specification documents.
- Track issues and update documents or requirements from the backlog to current.
- Testing and debugging systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Review feature and function before delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth execution.
- Train users to ensure effective system usage.
- Assist management in operational and strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or System Analysis.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Thai.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Balsamiq, or equivalent.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage project deliverables.
