Senior Customer Coordinator (Overseas, Jewelry)

We are seeking a Senior Customer Coordinator with expertise in the jewelry industry to manage relationships with key overseas clients. This role focuses on ensuring timely order processing, accurate product information, and exceptional customer service, with specific KPIs for response and resolution times. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, resolve issues, and contribute to business growth.Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for overseas customers, ensuring their needs are met with high service standards.
- Respond to customer inquiries within 12 hours and resolve issues within 72 hours, ensuring timely follow-ups and problem-solving.
- Coordinate with internal teams (order processing, CAD/design, production, QA, shipping) to ensure accurate, timely delivery of orders.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, aiming for a 90% satisfaction rate on a Likert scale, and address any concerns promptly.
- Track customer orders and provide updates, handling any delays or issues professionally.
- Support the maintenance and organization of the company’s sample collection.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts for clients, identifying opportunities to upsell products or services.
- Participate in international trade shows and customer meetings to strengthen relationships and drive business growth.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Gems & Jewelry, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or account management, preferably in the jewelry industry.
- Strong knowledge of jewelry production processes, materials, and design, including CAD/CAM and lost-wax casting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, able to handle multiple accounts and resolve issues efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Navision is a bonus.
- Additional other languages being a plus.
