HR Recruitment and Development Manager

Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment efforts to ensure positions are filled within 30 days, with a focus on recruiting the right fit for the company's culture and values.
- Develop and implement employee training programs focused on career advancement, skill enhancement, and performance engagement.
- Serve as a consultant for employees at all levels—from workers to managers—providing guidance and support on HR-related issues.
- Investigate employee concerns or conflicts and provide effective solutions to promote a positive work environment.
- Maintain a Happy Employee Index of 90% through proactive engagement initiatives and addressing employee concerns.
- Monitor and increase the probation success rate to 80% by ensuring effective onboarding and employee support during the probationary period.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and create tailored solutions to meet business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR management (preferable from manufacturing business), with a strong focus on recruitment, employee development, and conflict resolution.
- Proven ability to fill vacancies within 30 days, while maintaining a high recruitment success rate by hiring the right fit.
- Experience in designing and executing training and development programs, with a focus on enhancing employee performance.
- Strong understanding of employee engagement and retention strategies, with a track record of high employee satisfaction.
- Excellent analytical skills to track recruitment metrics, monitor employee performance, and resolve HR-related issues.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with employees and management.
- Proficiency in HR software and data management tools.
- Fluent in English.
