- Develop marketing plans and sales promotion strategies for Japanese businesses in Thailand
- Underwrite insurance policies in accordance with company guidelines and underwriting policies
- Coordinate and resolve issues while providing support to agents and broker
- Propose beneficial campaigns aligned with customers' business need
- Build positive experiences and foster long-term relationships with Japanese corporate clients
- Japanese nationality
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field
- Strong interest in marketing, sales promotion, or insurance business
- Good command of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Service-minded with a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-cultural environment
- Previous experience in marketing, insurance, or customer relationship management is an advantage
